News: The DELF examinations take place in Lausanne…⠀

07 May 2019

Yesterday, twenty Surval girls travelled to Lausanne to take their DELF (Diplôme d'études en langue française) examinations in a range of levels – A1, A2, B1 and B2. Surval is very pleased to offer our students the opportunity to sit the DELF, as it is an internationally recognised qualification, which, when passed at Intermediate level (B1) or above, allows students to apply to Swiss universities. “It is an excellent tool to test each student’s level of achievement in the four language elements: speaking, listening, reading and writing,” says Madame Spigarelli, adding on behalf of the whole French Department, “We are very proud of our students’ commitment towards the examination so far; they have worked very hard, and we wish the best of luck today!”
