Welcome to Winter Term 2021

01 February 2021

Welcome to Winter Term 2021 from snowy Surval where the spectacular scenery, fresh mountain air and this term’s weekly piste adventures never fail to thrill!

Term is very much back in session and our community is both working and playing hard, enjoying the freedom of our inspiring, safe location gifts us and the homely comforts we share in our international community. We have welcomed 5 new girls so far this term; joining us from England, Guatemala, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Seychelles, ably illustrating our rich cultural tapestry and how we unite in our love of Language and Culture here at Surval and how this fuels us in forging Global Perspectives.

We are championing Social Enterprise this term by taking our charity work inhouse with a multitude of events and campaigns to ensure we can support this term’s cherished charitable causes and we have our own collections and deliveries planned for local causes as well as our fabulous annual Gala Dinner raising funds and awareness for Habitat for Humanity.

Switzerland’s sensational snowscape is at the heart of most of our outdoor pursuits this term, we have full days on the slopes every Thursday, Ski Week to look forward to next month and husky sledding, sledging, skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing and Nordic skiing all on offer to make the most of our idyllic location.

Surval at Sixty is a big theme for this year, with celebrations of the school’s 60th anniversary kicking off at our Graduation and Prizegiving in June.  Between now and then we will be making the most of the Swiss seasons, the energy and enthusiasm of our exceptional community, and looking forward to Surval Summer Camp 2021 (click the link to learn more!)

I warmly welcome you to meet with me online for a personalised tour, do please email to arrange a suitable time; your own extraordinary Surval Experience awaits!

With very best regards
