Visit to the Red Cross Museum

Posted on: 30th September 2014 | Category: Trips and excursions

Liberal Arts students visited the Red Cross museum in Geneva this Wednesday as part of their Business Studies course where girls gain an introduction in to what is required to set up and run a charity. The museum certainly made an impact. Karla, from Mexico said "I found it shocking to see all the people who suffer in so many ways, We are living a normal life here, but for them, this normal life would be heaven, It is amazing how much the Red Cross help in so many different ways". The fun continues back in the classroom as girls are now making short, promotional films on the work of the Red Cross in iMovie to consolidate their learning from the visit.
