Gagan is originally from the UK where she obtained her bachelor's degree in paediatric nursing. After multiple years of experience in caring for children with complex health needs, she joined Surval in 2023 to apply her pastoral skills by working within the boarding team. She considers herself a caring and approachable person who’s key philosophy is to encourage the students to be kind to others and to themselves.
In her spare time Gagan thoroughly enjoys all physical challenges (despite being fairly injury prone!) and has specific interests in hiking, skiing, and tennis.
