Ms Dudley joined Surval in 2021 from Malvern College Hong Kong, where she was Founding Deputy Head and instrumental in the rapid success of this new international school. Prior to this, she enjoyed a successful career in Scottish independent education in both day and boarding schools before taking on a variety of wider educational roles, as Deputy Director of the Scottish Council of Independent Schools, then as Director of Education of a growing group of international schools.
Ms Dudley has a First Class Honours degree in Modern Languages from Jesus College, Oxford and is very much looking forward to coupling her love of European languages with that of outdoor pursuits that are both such a feature of the international Surval community. As a student herself in a girls’ boarding school throughout her school years, she is a strong advocate for the benefits of an all-girls education.
