Ms Barrett joined Surval in July 2023 in the dual role of teacher/boarding assistant. Before this, she worked at an international boarding school in France as a teacher of Literature, Language and ESL at KS3 and KS4.
She has a degree from the University of East Anglia in English Literature and Creative Writing.
In her role, she enjoys getting to know the girls both in academic and non-academic settings which is a unique experience and her favourite element of her job; the international culture of Surval also speaks to her love of travel and languages!
