Patricia's leadership is characterized by a deep understanding of the needs of adolescent girls, especially those living and learning away from home. She believes in creating a nurturing, family-focused boarding environment where each girl feels valued and a sense of belonging. Under her guidance, Surval continues to prepare young women to navigate an ever-changing world with adaptability, cultural awareness, and a strong sense of social responsibility.
