Step 1: Connect With Us |

Step 2: Submit Her Application |
| Next, you’ll complete the official application form and submit any remaining documentation—such as recent school reports and reference letters. Once received, our Admissions Team will typically respond within five business days with the school’s feedback. |
Step 3: Personal Meeting |
| We’ll invite you to a friendly video call or on-site visit with our Principal or Admissions Director. This gives everyone a chance to talk through how Surval can support your daughter’s learning, interests, and next steps. |
Step 4: Receive and Accept an Offer |
| If we believe Surval is the right fit, we'll send a formal offer letter and an acceptance pack, including a contract. A placement is secured once the signed acceptance and the deposit are returned. |
Step 5: Plan for Your Arrival |
| After accepting, we’ll help with everything from setting up your daughter’s personal account to booking airport transfers and coordinating orientation, making her transition to Surval smooth and welcoming. |
What You'll Need
A successful application includes:
- A completed form and recent academic reports
- References or recommendations
- Any required exams or language certification (e.g., DELF, IELTS)
- Interview participation via video or in person
- Signed acceptance and deposit to confirm placement
Admission Timelines
- You can apply at any time, but earlier applications allow more flexibility in planning and boarding placement.
- Deposits are refundable only up to set notice deadlines per term—typically early spring for the autumn term, early autumn for winter, and early new year for spring enrolment.
- The full contract comes into force on formal acceptance of a place.
