A lesson in Indian Etiquette - One of our Indian students cooked Indian food for her etiquette class

Last week one of our Indian students kindly offered to host a dinner party, allowing others to sample etiquette and food from her home country. While she played hostess the guests had to do some work and prepare the table. Following tradition, knives and forks were discarded, and fingers used instead. It was an enjoyable change from usual meals.
