Bank Holiday Tree Top fun!

Posted on: 16th June 2014 | Category: Sport

Monday 9th June was a sunny Swiss Bank Holiday so the Surval girls were treated to an afternoon off, at  the Tree Tops Adventure Park in Aigle. Girls were all briefed about their safety and the rules of the park- very important as they would have to navigate it all on their own and be responsible for their own safety. Harnesses were fitted and off they went. After their first tentative steps across the first rope bridges, even those girls who were a little scared of heights got into the swing of things! The next few hours were spent clambering across all parts of the park, flying across zip wires, hanging between trees and jumping from 20 metre high platforms!

It was great to see the girls all participating; some girls, who said they were afraid of heights, even managed to rig themselves onto and fly across the highest and fastest zip-wire (out of choice) with a smile on their face! A great afternoon in the sun was had by all.
